Improved Accessibility for BankID

The BankID component, BankID log-in page, and BankID snippets (generated via SoftadminSnippet.BankId_Identify or SoftadminSnippet.BankId_Sign) now have a longer time limit.
The component and log-in page also show the amount of time left and have improved accessibility.
