Editable Grid can control if a given cell can be edited

You can now use the xxx_IsEditable column to disable editing of the xxx column for a given row. This is in addition to the existing Row_IsEditable column which can be used to disable editing for a whole row.

An editable grid listing time reports. On the row where Activity is Flex time the Task column is not editable. On the row where Invoiced is true the Hours column is not editable.
