Type: Stored procedure

From version 5.4.019 this editable procedure will not be called automatically. Instead of using it, you write your own procedure and put the name of the procedure in the application variable "PreUpdatePasswordProcedure".

This procedure is called when a user tries to change his password.
You can use it to verify that the password follows company policy, and to inform other systems that Softadmin® integrates with of the change.

Use RAISERROR('<database error string>') OR RAISERROR('ADMIN_MESSAGE<error message>') and RETURN -1 to reject a password.
RETURN 0 to accept a password.
