Used to create the table #SoftadminGuideMultiControl that is used to store fields for the guide.
Help procedures may be used to create predefined parameter types, but direct inserts are also allowed. The help procedures are named:
SoftadminGuide.FieldGeneric_XXX (creates raw controls of type XXX)
SoftadminGuide.FieldStandard_XXX (creates specialized controls for purpose XXX)
